The Innovation Coach training is ideal for all those who want to influence the innovative strength of teams and companies in their professional environment.
There are both internal innovation coaches, who, as employees in the company, strengthen the innovative ability from within, and external, independent innovation coaches.
No matter if executive, trainer, consultant or business coach – as a certified Innovation Coach, the participants become experts for implementation-strong innovation management.
Tip: As a consultant, coach or trainer, it is worth considering whether and how the additional expertise as an Innovation Coach can be combined with your existing expertise. This has already resulted in many exciting positions.
For your colleagues and customers, whether internal or external, you will be the expert for creative methods and innovation know-how in the future.
Your knowledge will support your employees in many areas of the company and will put you in the position of a sought-after colleague and consultant.
With the different modules of the training you can even focus on different focal points, which pay particular attention to your individual situation such as:

Benno van Aerssen and Christian Buchholz guarantee in all modules an exciting mix of many knowledge modules, practical exercises and lots of concrete stories from more than 2000 innovation projects and workshops.
Both lecturers also appreciate it when the participants ask a lot of questions. In the end, only questions lead to a direct transfer into your own practice.
The Innovation Coach training was developed by Benno van Aerssen, idea finder, coach for innovation management, book author and keynote speaker, and Christian Buchholz, international management trainer and specialist for leadership and communication.
Through this double, internationally shaped expertise, important components of a powerful innovation culture – methods, change and leadership skills – are included in the certification.
Both experts have clients in over 25 countries and experience from over 2000 innovation projects, from which the participants benefit directly.
Which modules are interesting for you depends on your personal goals. You are welcome to talk to Benno van Aerssen or Christian Buchholz in advance to clarify the situation for you.
In general, the Innovation Professional is designed for developing and evaluating ideas in workshops with colleagues or customers.
If you as a manager or external consultant want to move the innovation culture and participate in the development of new business models, we also recommend the Innovation Master.
In order to participate in the Master’s program, you must first complete the Professional.
We recommend the Innovation Facilitator to all those who would like to expand their moderation and facilitation knowledge – they also need to have completed the Innovation Professional first.
We will coordinate the dates together with the participants as soon as all bookings have arrived and only then will we know which time zones the participants are coming from.
In addition to the three modules Innovation Professional, Innovation Master and Innovation Faciliator, our Innovation Coach full certification includes an in-depth practical phase with an individual practical project.
All modules of the Innovation Coach training as well as the in-depth practical project can be booked individually or as part of the overall certification at a special price.
You have the possibility to participate in one or more modules and then decide on the in-depth practical project. Please contact us at any time.
Registration for our modules can be done online via our website or in writing to our address. Each registration will be booked by us in the order of receipt. Afterwards you will receive a registration confirmation from us. If the event is already fully booked, we will contact you immediately.
The participation fee is per person and event date plus statutory VAT. The participation fee includes, unless otherwise stated, the attendance of the seminar, extensive verrocchio working documents, a common lunch and drinks during each day of the event
The participation fee plus statutory VAT is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Payments are accepted by bank transfer. If you receive an online invoice, you can also use Paypal or credit card via the online customer center. A temporary participation in the event does not entitle to a reduction of the participation fee.
You can appoint a representative instead of the registered participant at any time. You will not incur any additional costs.
You can rebook to another event date or even another event at any time. Please let us know in writing. In case of a rebooking we charge the following handling fees:
Rebooking up to 4 weeks before the event: free of charge
Rebooking 4-2 weeks before the event: 150,- EUR ,- plus VAT
Rebooking from 2 weeks before the event: 30 % of the participation fee plus VAT
You can cancel your participation in writing free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event: free of charge
Cancellation 4-2 weeks before the event: 50 % of the participation fee plus VAT.
Rebooking from 2 weeks before the event: 100 % of the participation fee plus VAT This also applies if the registered participant does not appear.
We reserve the right to cancel the event up to 10 days before the planned date of the event at the latest due to failure to reach the minimum number of participants or for other important reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure). Further liability and damage claims are excluded, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. Please note this also for hotel rooms as well as flight or train tickets booked by you.
In each module the participants get a DIN A4 folder with all verrocchio MethodScripts about the knowledge modules and method descriptions.
Additionally the participants get additional verrocchio MethodPads in DIN A3 format for many topics and exercises.
Also every participant gets a LiveTime-access to the verrocchio DigiPack where all documents are available in digital form.
A premium access to FLIP is also included in the scope of services for the duration of the training.
Basically, everything is provided for, from pens, notepads, handouts to food and conference drinks.
But you are also welcome to bring your own notebooks etc. In addition, your curiosity and questions are most welcome.
Basically there are no special offers, because we believe to deliver a very good price/performance ratio – especially because the group sizes are kept small with approx. 12 persons, in order to ensure always an optimal dialogue with the lecturers.
We offer a 10% reduced price if 2 or more people from the same company register for a module.
